Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not happy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours.

As a courtesy to all our guests, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be automatically charged 50% of your scheduled services. No Show Appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. Your credit card will be kept encrypted on file to guarantee your appointments.

As a courtesy to other salon guests and safety for the salon environment, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.
